Return Policy

• Returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed for invoices older than 35 days.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns not due to our error.
• All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
• A 20% re-bagging fee will be charged if items are not returned in their original packaging.
• All returned items must be unused.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for return processing once received at our warehouse.
• If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label (call tag) at no cost.

Note: Each case will undergo an investigation before authorization.
