What apparel customization options do you offer?
We offer the following Value Added Services (VAS):
- Direct-to-Garment Printing (DTG)

What are the steps for ordering products with customization?
1 - Select your product. Navigate to your favorite product page to make your product selection.
2 - Add Customization. Select the “add embroidery” option below the item, and choose if you want to add a logo, a name, or both.
3 - Upload and Approve Design. Upload your logo, designate where you’d like it to appear. Select “add custom text” if you want to add a name.
4 - Add to cart and checkout.
5 - Wait for your products to arrive!
What is the embroidery pricing and turnaround time?
Pricing and turnaround depend on design complexity and order size. Please contact orders@fabiangroup.com for a quote and estimated timeline.

How many days does it take for orders to be shipped?
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding customization time.
What is your return process?
Returns are processed differently for individual vs distributor orders:

Why is there a 3% credit card surcharge?
To continue offering you the best possible wholesale pricing, we’re introducing a 3% surcharge on credit card payments. This is because credit card companies charge us a 3% processing fee on every transaction. Many businesses have already made this adjustment, and we’re aligning with that standard to keep our pricing structure sustainable.
What payment alternatives are available to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge?
Clients have several other methods to pay for product, including:
1. Establishing payment terms with an open account (application required)

What are your Holiday Hours?
We are closed on: Christmas, New Year’s Day, MLK Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day after Thanksgiving.
Early closing: Christmas Eve (12 pm CST), New Year’s Eve (2 pm CST).
Do you have a price list in CAD currency?
Our price list is in US dollars, to determine the CAD price please reference the current exchange rate.
